There is no minimum order quantity for standard LED strips and neon flex supplied for business or professional projects. Minimum quantities for custom products depend on the specifications. Small quantities for a commercial project, future production or ongoing purchasing are welcome.

We do not accept requests for personal use, non-commercial DIY, or one-off retail purchases without a business or project context. You may still submit a message through our contact form, but we will not provide a quotation or sales follow-up for these requests. This does not affect support for existing orders.

Standard samples usually ship in about 7 days, and custom samples in around 25 days. Standard orders typically ship in about 2 weeks; custom orders may take longer.

International shipping is available by express courier, air or sea freight. Orders are usually quoted EXW, with FOB available for sea shipments by agreement.

For bulk orders, we accept bank transfers (T/T), with 30% upfront and 70% before shipment. PayPal is available for sample and small-batch purchases within our business and professional-project service scope. Payment arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.

We offer a 3- or 5-year warranty, depending on the product. Contact us with details of any quality issue; our engineers will assess it and arrange replacement for defects covered by the warranty.

Our system records the materials used in each order. We refer to these records when processing repeat orders to help maintain consistency.
