There is no minimum order quantity for standard LED strips and neon flex. Minimum quantities for custom products depend on the specifications.

Standard samples usually ship in about 7 days, and custom samples in around 25 days. Standard orders typically ship in about 2 weeks; custom orders may take longer.

International shipping is available by express courier, air or sea freight. Orders are usually quoted EXW, with FOB available for sea shipments by agreement.

For bulk orders, we accept bank transfers (T/T), with 30% upfront and 70% before shipment. PayPal is available for small orders, typically under US$200.

We offer a 3- or 5-year warranty, depending on the product. Contact us with details of any quality issue; our engineers will assess it and arrange replacement for defects covered by the warranty.
